The Phil will have 23 individual condo units with two different floor plans to choose from. Each owner will own their individual unit and have interest in the common elements.
When will construction be complete?
Reservations are starting now, with the end building being complete late summer of 2025.
How do I reserve my space?

How much does each unit cost?
Units are starting in the $160’s up to $210k. Penthouse units start at $250k.
Will there be any monthly fees?
The Phil will have a low monthly HOA fee for building maintenance and management. There is no additional or monthly fee for storage units which are included in the purchase of each condo.
Are these units for rent?
